The companies in the holding's management have the biggest name as MDF Producer in Turkey, and also manufacture Melamine faced MDF, MDF Profile, Laminate Flooring, MDF-Door, DOOR SKIN , Backrest-Painted, Urea Formaldehyde Resin, Cover Profile and Impregnate Decor Print. In the field of Chemistry, Formaldehyde, Urea-Formaldehyde ADHESIVE , Nitric Acid and Diluted Acid are produced. In Holding's another leading sector, the Holding is Turkey's first and the only UREA FERTILIZER and AMMONIA PRODUCER. With the composite fertilizer investment completed in 2007, fertilizers 15.15.15 and 20.20 are produced in Kocaeli plants. With the holding's second foundation in Kutahya, it produces 26% CAN, 33% AN, TAN and PAN Fertilizer. The Holding completed generation of electricity investment in order to meet the needs of the companies' energy and electricity in 2001. The Holding also completed port facilities investment in Kocaeli in order to serve the companies whose exportation and importation capacity grows and the third persons, and it has become one of the largest ports of Korfez.

Yıldızlar Holding, involved in important projects in Turkey, has made decision to make investment in Russia and Iran in the field of forestry products so as to be active abroad. Preliminary studies are being carried out for investment permissions in both regions; additionally, the investment in Iran was started. The investment in Russia was planned to be started in 2010.
